"The compensation is fine and there is equity potential. The owner is nearing 60, so there could be an opportunity in a few years to increase my ownership or to participate in a sales opportunity with existing equity. Also, since I own another company and will need to devote some time to that business, the CEO has given me leeway to take time as necessary to fulfill these other obligations."
